I took a taxi from the airport to Belize City. I heard there was not much to see so I took a bus towards Hopkins. Three hours later I arrived in dangriga. The bus to Hopkins was not for about 3 hours so I took a taxi to Hopkins.

The driver said his 14 year old daughter wanted to go to Hopkins to see her sister and asked if we could pick her up on the way, so we did.

Hopkins does not have much to do particularly off season. I met a nice couple from Italy who are staying at dodo and traveling for one year,

I was going to take the 11:15 bus to placencia but my device showed it was 10;20 and it was 11:10 so I will take the 2:15 bus. I will probably stay there a couple of days and then head to San Ignacio.

By the way a big shout out to Sheila who has been giving me great advice for months.
